My friend is 22 years old and she got caught stealing 2 pairs of jeans from Macys, so they charged her with petit larceny. The police took her photo and finger prints and she has a court date. It’s her first offence ever, and we want to know what will happen when she gets in front of the judge? Also she said she the police didn’t put hand cuffs on her and they didn’t read her rights to her does that mean anything?
