Hello and good day!

My friend threw a birthday party for herself yesterday. The party started getting a little crazy, and police came to quiet the party. After knocking for a long time, someone finally lets them in. and everyone runs. Except of course, myself and my friend who threw the party, along with the guy who opened the door. They let us go after extensive searching and questioning. But he says that we will be mailed information about hearing and that we will be charged with trespassing, due to the fact that the house doesnt belong to her, it belongs to her father who is out of town, and that she didnt have access. What will happen? Im 16 years of age, honor student, and had no idea about the status of the house. Thanks for reading.
