I moved in to an apartment last year with a co-worker who had already rented this place, and when I moved in we added my name to the lease. She moved to live with her boyfriend a few months ago but we are both still paying rent. recently we haven’t been getting a long which is fine but being as our lease is up in a month and neither of us are staying here she has begun to move her furniture out of the apartment. All of the furniture is hers including the bed I sleep on and the dressers I keep my clothes in, and I understand this apartment is her property as and that she has a right to take her furniture when she pleases, the issue is that she has refused to respond to me about when she’ll be moving her things and has been showing up with her male friend unannounced as she pleases. The other day I wasn’t fully dressed and she walked in the apartment with him. My question is since she won’t be mature and cooperate with me, do I have a right next time she shows up with him to tell her that he can’t come in here?
