Okay , well I’m 12 , turning 13 in about 2 weeks . My parents are divorced and have been for about 8 1/2 years . My father and his current wife might separate . My father is an alcoholic . I hate my stepdad and my mother . I live with my stepdad and mother . What are my legal rights ? What are my options ? Do I have to live with one of my parents ? Can I live with my stepmom if her and my father separate ? Help . Please .
