If you're already on probation or under the court's supervision and the court becomes aware of positive drug tests, there may be consequences. The same as far as your parents - once they find out, they have the authority, in most situations, to discipline you. Rather than worrying about this, try staying clean so the rest of your life isn't a series of troubles that you have control over. Good luck. [This is information only - not legal advice].
