Hello, I’m 19 and I got caught shoplifting from H&M. I was with my little sister (she is 15). I was taken into the back with the LP to sign paperwork and all that stuff. If the bag with the merchandise was my little sisters yet I took the blame for it. What will happen to me in court? Is my sister wants to confess it was her what will happen then? I am really scared and worried because this is my first time breaking the law.
