I have a 14 yr old grandaughter and i am her guardian. She and her brother and sister live with me. She is horrible. She disrespects everyone. Refuses to do school work. Tells her teachers no. She cuts herself and has been in a mental facility twice this year. She lies about everything and follows NO rules. I am at a breaking point. We live in Georgia. What can i do?
