Dear Beatriz: It sounds like she has already been reported to Child Protective Services. If there is physical abuse going on, you need to report her again to CPS or to the police. You could try talking to your niece and getting a better idea about what is going on inside the home and maybe even talk with your sister about your concerns if that is a possibility.
