So Im still a little confused I checked for the age of consent in florida and it was 18 although i believe the minimum age lf consent if 16 and the guys age is 25… so in this case would the minimum age of consent still count or wpuld it depend kn the parents?? Because in some cases the parents i belive the parents can allo the son or daughter to concent … Im not sure if thats right tho?
