Why is it LEGAL for a DDA to lie against a witness (1), have another witness (2) lie and file a false police report for witness intimidation against witness (1)? I proved this wrong while on the stand.

Why is it LEGAL for a DDA to ask witness (2) questions about witness (1) and witness (1) not asked the same questions to defend answers from witness (2)? I have evidence to prove that witness (2) lied on the stand.

Witness (2) brother was/is a police officer who had wrong doings in this case but was not brought forward. I have both these individuals under investigation for the past 2 1/2 yrs now and the case is still open.

The case is out of Calif from 2007 and I’ve asked these questions to the Gov of Calif, both the current and past mayors of Los Angeles, both the past and present DA for Los Angeles. No one seems to want to answer me or just does not care. I’m asking for statues to reference. Can a lawsuit be filed for slander/defamation of character against the DDA? I found my name and a bunch of lies told against me on FEAR NOT LAW.

Can you please answer this? Any help? Thanks for your time. JV
