Unfortunately, since you are still a minor, your mother or legal guardian gets to make the decisions about your upbringing including where you live and who you live with. Considering you have lived with your grandparents for so long now, perhaps you could try talking to them and your Mom about how you feel and where you would like to live. If everyone knows how you feel and all the reasons you would like to continue living with your grandparents, maybe they will be willing to work with you or at least somehow compromise when it comes to your living arrangements.
