Can my estrange husband who i been separated from for 4 years file kidnapping charges against me in atlanta ga .. he might send 50 dollars every 6 mths if that. I take care of the kids since they been born they now 8years ol twins.. He ask to see the kids but i have to work and he say he is tired of asking to see the kids. he don’t provide any child support. The kids don’t like going to vista him as well. what can i do. I don’t have enough money to pay for a divorce.
