You may need to take the matter back to court so that a judge or mediator can be notified of your parents noncompliance with the mediation agreement. How to proceed is going to depend on the process in your state. You could try contacting a clerk at the court, explain your circumstances and ask how to to get the matter back in court/before a mediator. It may mean filing something, which may be able to be done by completing some forms online. Also, some courts offer a free legal assistance program that would allow you to meet briefly with a pro bono attorney. Finally, your local legal aid office may be able to provide assistance for free or on a sliding scale basis. Good luck.
