Dear Judge,
I am the mom of 2 teens ages 15 yrs and 17yrs.
My husband is there stepfather. Last night my husband went in there room argued turned off xbox and go bed it was 8pm. Usually at 9pm we get them off. He’s in construction bully type guy uses system his advantage. My kids yells and we’re stupid my husband kicked my 17 yr son and kneed him they ended up on floor. My kids are good stubborn but good no record ,,,yet husband has one. He’s mentally ill. Bipolor, my 17 special needs. 15 honors student. My husband lied people said they attached him in full Nelson choke hold when in fact he did it. I calmed situation down police came husband wants press charges, now my kids want to press charges on him. Should I let them? Do I need lawyer? How do I help my family heal from this? Thank you. What happens if judge believe husband lies. Thx u
