I live in arkansas and down the right side of my driveway i have a portion that is ajoinig to the neighbors yard. after asking him over and over to not cut over my yard and go out my driveway. i put up stakes all down my property line so he couldnt drive threw. they had been up a few months and the other day i returned from my moms to see them all gone. i waited for him to return and i confronted him ask him where my steaks were he said i was going to put them back i said why did you take them in the first place he said i didnt no you had this surveyed i said i didnt but as you can see i am on my property. and what matters is you came on my property and took my property. he said we are going to have it surveyed i said good untill then you can put them all back how and were i had them. they were leaning half of them wasnt mind and he just layed most of them down on the ground instead of in the ground when i went to see if he put them all back i seen the crappy job and he kept most of them and he still has them. he text me telling me when i ask for the rest back he said you prove thats your boundry and i will bring them all back if you dont you can stick it up my you no what hes just a real arigunt asshole what can i do
