If a 2 yrs old Child already has a set of Legal Parent listed on Birth Certificate also living with both parent & siblings in the same household for the past 5 yrs. How is it possible for someone to removed our 2 yrs old son from our family and forced to lived with someone that is just claiming to be the father but had NEVER met the child before? How it is possible for someone with no parental rights to restrain the birth mother to ever see her own child again? How could the best interest of the child’s well being is to separate the siblings and the set of legal parent that this 2 yrs old child had ever known/lived with? Can someone please help me……I am begging for someone to help me on my situation…..I want my 2 years old son back home to our family!
