my 14 year old son is being charged with class 4 felony damag to property cause 2 boys said he was with them when it happen but i know for a fact he wasnt he was at home with 2 kids syaing the night how can they charge him with just the boys saying he was with them and no other evidence i have tect messages from one of the boys admitting my son was not with them and also have the two boys that was sleeping over at my house that can verify that he was at home
