Is there anyway I can get a hold of my deleted text messages content through my phone carrier without a subpoena? I understand that I would need a court case in order for this to happen since I would be invading the other persons privacy, but I only need what I sent, not the text messages that I received back. This is not a court matter and there is no criminal action that took place. I just need what I sent for my personal records. Please help me
