I had recently got a notice that I passed a red light in Phoenix and I was under the speed limit. I see that people always do the same and don’t follow the yellow light when it hits 5 seconds. They never get flashed when the camera is there. I don’t understand why I received this notice. I have never gotten a ticket before and I feel like if I go to court I and I have to lay the fine that I don’t believe is fair. I go to school and go to work at a minimum wage. Please help me.
