I want to get custody of my two daughters. They are 12 & 14. Their mother is married to a man in the military so they move around a lot. The stepdad yells at them a lot and argues with the mother often. My 14 year old has consistently expressed she wants to live with me but my 12 year old doesn’t want to leave her mom ( not that she doesn’t want to live me). The mother doesn’t do a bad job with the kids , except try to keep me out of their life every chance she gets, but it would be a better environment here with me. What are my chances of getting custody.
