Hi,my partner has been falsely accused of rape on his ex wife’s children, the social services are involved because i have a seven year old daughter.Nothing has been proven on my partner but the social services say he must have done it.i have signed a working agreement with them and kept to it.No contact is allowed by my partner and my daughter until he undertakes an assessment. They never see each other and i abide to what the social services say to do. Until recently, when they said they will take my daughter off me if a remain in a relationship with my partner because he supposedly poses a risk to my daughter. As stated before,i have a separate relationship with my partner and with my daughter. When my daughter goes to school,i have contact with my partner, when i pick up my daughter from school,my partner leaves and i continue to have a separate relationship with my daughter.I put my daughters safety first and my daughter comes first in every way. What i don’t understand is,i am not putting my daughter at risk, because they have no contact and i spend time with my partner only when my daughter is at school?very occasionally,my daughter chooses to have a stop over at her nans or at her friends house,i sometimes then, see my partner, so where is the risk?
