In April, I went to help my boyfriend do a military furniture installation at a military base in San Angelo. Not knowing this ahead of time, as we were pulling up to the check point, I opened the glove compartment and found two pipes that belonged to my boyfriend. Upset and scared he told me to hide them so I stuck them in my purse. Needless to say, they found them. My ex told them they were not mine and that he had told me to hide them as we were scared. They then checked the vehicle and my purse and ended up finding this makeup settler that I purchased from Sephora and they confiscated it (it was a white fine powder). They advices me that the pipes came back positive for methamphetamines and the white powder came back positive for cocaine (completely impossible). They did not arrest me nor fingerprinted me or my now ex. They just cited both of us and banned us from the military base until this is cleared. What are the odds of being convicted? What am I looking at? They told me that because of the powder, not only where they citing me for paraphernalia, but also a possible felony for the white make up. This is ridiculous but it’s happening. I don’t know what to do.
