After my request to the customer service of a small business, to stop emailing me, vindictive employee or employer from company started using my email address and signed me up on varies random websites. The bottom of some emails of other companies even said that it’s not unsolicited, I had subscribed, but I did not. The falsification of using my email address by this vindictive business started 1/4/16, right after my last email to them, to stop emailing me. I received 17 various unsolicited emails that the company fraudulently initiated and 109 emails on 1/6/16 from 2:14am to 12:23pm….so far. What actions can I take against the vindictive company (small business owner)? And is this considered cyber bullying?
