my nieghbor keeps calling 911 on her roomate when she tries to enter an apartment they are both lease holders of ..its traumatizing for all the nieghbors because the polie come full force with guns and treat the innocent roomate like shes are doing something wrong .the 911 caller never gets in trouble.this has happened so many times that innocent roomate is petrified to come home.is there a an actual law against lying about an emergency ?
