Dear John: We suggest you speak with a store manager to have this situation straightened out. Stay away from the store until you speak with a manager, otherwise you could be cited for trespassing. However, management should be able to clear the No Trespass form you signed and deal with the loss prevention person accordingly. Good luck. Judge Tom is the founder and moderator of AsktheJudge.info. He is a retired juvenile judge and spent 23 years on the bench.
