Since you have been subpoenaed, you need to appear otherwise, you could face consequences. What happens in juvenile court is typically not made public, so no one should find out about what happens in court. Talk to your parents about this so that you can ask the prosecutor your questions and find out exactly what is going to happen and what to expect. Good luck. Judge Tom is the founder and moderator of AsktheJudge.info. He is a retired juvenile judge and spent 23 years on the bench.
