Good Afternoon,
I am a teacher in Florida. I have a big problem with administrators and teachers being able to search a student’s phone or demanding that a student show them things on their personal social media sites. I do feel that this violates the students rights and in many cases is a strong arm tactic used to get information from students. Do you happen to know the laws concerning this in Florida? If not, can you lead me in the right direction to researching this? Thank you for your time.
