I’m not a teen. I’m a 40 year old mom with absolutely no past problems or records or tickets or anything. I recently got my gun license although I don’t own a gun yet. I found my husband at a hotel with another girl. Things got heated and I punched and broke the side mirrors of her very old car. I was not arrested but they are sending me something in the mail and I have to go to court. I take responsibility, I did do it. I didn’t premeditate it or anything I just was crying and angry and hit it. I want to know if they will take away my gun license for this. I’ve never been in trouble before. There was no gun or threats involved and she wasn’t even there–my husband was getting something out of her car. I just want to know if I will lose my second amendment rights for some stupid heat of the moment mistake.
