I was running jewelry kiosk business in mall . one time customer threw some merchandise on my face so I came out from my kiosk and mall manager told me to leave the mall for safety reason but i had only one teenage employee that time so waiting for my wife to come for work she was in parking lot but during busy December days she cant find parking and meanwhile manager came to times and told me to leave . then i have argument with her and she banned me

next day i went to mall because i had lease signed with them and police gave me citation . when i went to court judge dismiss it .

now I have question do they have legal right to banned any person without terminating their lease .

and other question is

due to that mall manager decision I lost my business complete goodwill and i had to hire other employee for work
instead of working by myself i lost lot of money . do i have right to sue them or not
