You can also speak to a clerk at the court where the charges were originally filed and ask how to begin the process to have your record expunged. In addition to finding out about the requirements and process in your state, we recommend that you speak to an Air Force recruiter about this and find out if an expunged juvenile record is going to be an issue at all.
