I’m the noncustodial parent, and my son hasn’t been attending school. I’ve been trying to get involved as far as making sure he goes but there is really no communication with his mom. If my son gets sent to court, why do they send me as well if he doesn’t live with me and I’m the only one that seems to care if he goes to school or not.
