My husband turn himself in because of domestic violence, he then got bailed out by his mom and has court on tuesday may 10. He has enrolled in several classes (anger management, domestic violence, counseling, and going to AA meetings.) My question is will he get arrested or does he have changes of getting a different offer such as probation, classes etc. ? His income is very important to provide for the kids
