I am paying child support for a child and I never received any paternity test. I was brought into court years later for contempt for missing the original court date. It was established that the court had made a mistake in sending the summons to the wrong address. I apparently missed out on the DNA test. The custodial parent does not allow me any contact of any kind. The birth mother signed her rights and is allowed visitation and contact while I am suffering. What can I do?
