Custody battle.
Mother was killed in an accident. Father has always taken care of child. Mother of daughter falsified reports that have been proven to be total lies but still has the child. The mother was suing her daughter before her death to have rights to the child cuz she was refused any contact and now has had the child for months. Trial is going on and on. The father has not even been able to take the stand Cuz the grandmother drags witness after witness in and the witnesses don’t even have any idea about the father just what the grandmother has told them to say. When it gets close to their guardianship endingnshe has come up with sick allegations to keep the child. Plus has had tons of contempts including not allowing ordered unsupervised visitations, taking the child out of state after being ordered not to, grandmother didn’t even show up at last court date and nothing is ever done to them. Neutral counselor is at the grandmothers all the time, best friends or paid off. Child’s attorney will not answer any questions from the father, but seems to think everything is okay to answer from grandmother. Grandmother filing false police reports one after another and nothing is ever done. Judge says he has already made up his mind that the child is better off with crazy grandmother that abuses her and insists she calls her mama Cuz her mom is dead and that makes her mama. Sick!! The father’s mother has applied for custodyband was told it would be impossible to remove the child Cuz everyone seems to be paid off or best friends with the grandmother. Question is how in the world does the father prove his innocence?????
