Hi, my name is Erik i am 17 years old and work at pizza hut. Two days ago I was at work and a co-worker came up to me and grabbed my boon. I am a male but overwheight. I said it was sexual harassment and then told the manager to give me the paperwork for it and she ignored it. What should I do? Do I even have a case if nobody witnessed it first hand? It has happened outside of work before as well but I did nothing about it. If I go to work again it will, more than likely, happen again. I don’t feel it is appropriate for work at all. Please help I don’t know if i should report it or not.
