If I was caught shoplifting (first and last time, I was stupid for doing it) and TOLD not to come back instead of being given a trespass notice, could I still go back to that store and shop legitimately since no legal action was pushed when it occurred? I’m just wondering because this is a store my mom sends me to shop from everyday and I don’t know what to do.
