My neighbor has thrown rocks and bricks, from his backyard onto my property. He egged the back of my home, damaged my car and threw a brick over the house-smashing the back window of a BMW. The Sheriff’s came twice and said if the subject cannot be identified, and there is no video or photo of the subject committing the crime..then the neighbor won’t be prosecuted. We know it’s him, he has been harassing us and made allegations we are calling his home (he is unstable). What can we do?
I completed a incident report about the BMW. Any advice is appreciated.
