There is a covenant on our property that states you can raise horses, cows and sheep for sale. No commercial business. No hogs. Home offices are permitted.

My question is we own and operate a micro goat dairy elsewhere and want to move it to said property. Who draws the line on the definition of ‘commercial business’ and would you consider a small homestead micro dairy a ‘commercial business’? The property is zoned Agriculture and the dairy doesn’t hold a business license since it is agriculture.
