Let’s say you are a judge and have just reviewed a PSR for a first time offender who was arrested for Possession with the intent to sale Cocaine. From information contained in the PSR, you learned that following:

* 30 year old white male.
* Limited history of employment.
* Owns a home, has lots of money in the bank and many assets.
* Has never been married, but has two kids from two different moms.
* Does not see his kids or pay child support.
* Has no contact with parents or siblings.
* Graduated High School, history of discipline problems including drugs.

What would this information say about the offender and why would it be important?
