I have a custody issue. My ex & I just had the first hearing in GA where he was awarded 50/50 custody even after blatant lies while being questioned, a criminal record of multiple dui’s & drug possession, a domestic violence charge all while currently drinking & using drugs. He was also a very absentee father, missing holidays, birthdays, would abandon us if an argument arose. My son is only 4 & I have spent approx 14 days away from him total non-consecutive. We had to move to a different state, NC (my parents home) after my ex kicked us out. He was not questioned or even drug tested. What can I do? I am at a loss & completely disturbed about this. My childs life is in danger. Please any info I would so greatly appreciate!
