I was release on a OR for drunk in public and resistance of arrest… I have been wrongfully accused… The cops gave me the wrong court date on a sunday when the courts was closed which was 10.16.2016… I called the courts they said I have a warrant now and Im afraid to see the judge even though Im innocent they have no evidence but I have a warrant.. I have many responsibilities and kids and a family I have to take care of… Please let me know what should I do and if I will have to serve anytime once I see my judge???
