I was pulled over by a cop in a school zone for droppping off my kids on an exclusive bike lane however under the statue 316.1945 section 12b it states that it’s a legal action when momentarily discharging or picking up a passenger however the judge said I miss read the statue and it was still illegal should I appeal his decision
