Hello wondering if you can help me please. I was born 02 November 1959 and was brought up by my parents to know Wright from wrong , not to lie and not to steal. In December 1978 I travelled upto Norwich to watch my team arsenal fc play Norwich . I had never been involved in any trouble but during watching the football a police officer came running into the arsenal supporters section and grabbed hold of me saying I was being arrested .I was taken to the local police station and charged . And then received a letter to appear at court again in Norwich .After travelling back up to Norwich in early 1979 to appear in court I was find . But to this day I will swear on the holy bible that I didn’t do anything wrong that day. It was my birthday last week and I was 57 years old .but I have never been able to forget that day and being found guilty for doing nothing wrong .I have worked all my life stayed out of trouble and worked at one company for 25 years before leaving to join the prison service for over 8 years before recently leaving. But I don’t want to go to my grave knowing what happened at Norwich and I didn’t do anything wrong.
I would love to take a lie detector test to proof I didn’t do anything wrong. I consider myself a honest reliable and totally trustworthy person and will only be happy when my name is cleared. Please help me.
