Ok I bought a car with a as is warranty but I told him I don’t buy cars as is so he said we have a 90 day warranty. If anything is magic he will fix it but I don’t have it in writing but I have it on tap recording. Now it have just been two weeks and now I have prouble with the car.so now i can’t get in touch with him. So if he said the warranty says as is and he told me that I had a 90 day warranty can I get my money back
