Hello, a friend of mine bought me a vehicle from the auction, I received a title on it that says ” for export only” I was surprised, he mentioned that he didn’t know his license is for export only. I live in Texas and now stuck with a $7k car , I cannot register, I was told to contact a judge to have this reverse. Please any advise?
