My dad’s tenant hasn’t paid rent for 9 months. When he tried to evict them after the second month of non-payment (he added a late charge to the eviction letter, in error) the tenant hired BASTA law group (lawyers for tenants) and he has now been going to court with his attorneys for months to evict. HOW CAN YOU LEGALLY GET THEM OUT? Now?
