My question is fairly simple, and I can’t seem to find an answer.
When is it allowed for a, let’s say, psychiatrist, to break their confidentiality? (I.e. Passing information about their client on to someone else)
I’m also assuming, that the laws around this subject, is the same in the majority of the world? Near Central Europe, in my case
