I bought a used laptop from a local person from a trusted local online group. She had wrapped it up so I couldnt see the condition. When I got home I immediately saw that she lied about the condition. She said she is sorry and will try to get my money back since the laptop was really someone else’s. She will not return my money since her friend won’t return the money to her. Would I win in small claims court?
