I have 3 years of probation (should be over in October of this year) for DUI Aggravated Level 1. I spent 120 days in prison in 2014. I was arrested last Friday for violating my probation because a urine sample showed positive for alcohol.
Is a judge likely to send me to prison for this? In NC, I can receive a CRV (which means 90 days in prison) or I can have my probation revoked, which will get me a year in prison. What is a judge likely to do? AND–do judges typically do WHATEVER the probation officer requests?? Thanks
