I was 16 and I got arrested for trying to hide a firearm, when we we stop by police officer when my friend was driving a ran a stop sign. And like I said officer arrested me but later on my friend saw the gun was his. My question is is that still in my record? How can I find out? Iam trying to apply for DACA and want to know if my juvenile record affect me? I did however spent a day at the juvenile center on Mesa dr and baseline in Mesa,AZ , then I was seen by a judge and then I was released to my mom.
